İlyas Can Hergül was born in Ankara in 1991. He graduated from Ankara Anatolian High School (French) in 2009. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of History in 2015 with an Honors degree. He worked as a translator and content editor in semi-academic journals in 2017, and completed his master’s thesis at METU History Department in 2019.
She participated as an observer in the “Building Resilient City through Empowering Women Project” carried out by Çankaya Municipality in 2019, and learned the execution and documentation processes of EU projects. “Towards the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkey: The Fifty-Year Diplomatic Relations between Turkish and Foreign Missions in Çankaya-Ankara (1920- 1970)” has carried out the writing of the project. She is currently working as a project assistant within the scope of the project.
